About

Our Mission Statement

The mission of  the Pan de Vida retreat is to bring together young people between the ages of 13 - 30 for an opportunity to experience Christ's grace through the sacraments He established.

Our mission is broken down into several key goals:

  • To enable the young people to develop a deeper relationship with our Lord present Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Eucharist.
  • To allow the retreatants an opportunity to network with other young people who are Catholic and may have the same struggles and joys.
  • To catechize the teens and young adults about the faith in order to deepen their relationship with the Blessed Mother as well as the Bride of Christ – the Church.
  • Most importantly, to celebrate the joys of the Catholic faith truly expressed in the witness of the members involved.

Pan de Vida Retreat is a new apostolate which adheres to the charism of YOUTH 2000. The  Pan de Vida Retreat leads the young people, through prayer and instruction before the Blessed Sacrament, to a personal encounter and ever-deepening union of heart and mind with the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ.

In 2013 Pan de Vida hosted their first marriage retreat, Couples in Cana, bringing the same Eucharistic centered retreat to engaged and married couples.

If you are interested in bringing Pan de Vida to your parish or diocese please contact us and we would love to bring this retreat experience to the young people of your community.
